How to ensure authenticity in your online business?

Trust and Authenticity is always a big concern in e-commerce industry, which prevents consumers to shop online, especially in medical, electrical, personal care and luxury products. They worry about product authenticity and safety.

With several outbreaks in E-commerce purchase, Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce (HKFEC) launches Trust Mark scheme to represent Asia in Global Ecommerce Trust Mark with cooperation of Ecommerce Foundation, for the purpose to sharp Hong Kong as a Trust Port in Asia region. Trust can be built through Platform Security, E-merchant Creditability, Product Authenticity and Consumer Assurance etc. All of these allow customers to recognize your e-platform that go above and beyond to prove your quality commitment to their clientele.
